Golf coaches send quotes before ongoing programs, multi-lesson packages, junior camps, corporate or charity outings, school or team contracts, and travel or destination coaching. Clients usually compare per-lesson rates, package pricing, coach credentials, available technology, and the facility where lessons take place.
When to use estimates: Use estimates to provide project quotes and get client approval before starting work. Once approved, convert your estimate to an invoice with one click to collect payment.

Specify how many lessons, whether they are 30, 45, or 60 minutes, and whether they are private, semi-private, or group, so the price lines up with the delivered time.
State where lessons happen and whether range fees, bay rentals, greens fees, and cart fees are included or extra.
Launch monitor data, video analysis, and written feedback have different value to clients. Say which are included and which are paid add-ons.
Set a start date, how often sessions will happen, and when a package expires so the client knows when they must be used.
Rain, heat, and conflicts are common. Spell out notice requirements, how weather is handled, and whether missed sessions are rescheduled or forfeited.
The number of players, skill levels, and ages affect staffing and price. Include minimum enrollment and what happens if a camp is canceled.
If you bring training aids, clubs, or travel to a course or event, say who covers mileage, lodging, and rental costs.

| Playing lesson (9 holes) | per session | $150-400 |
| Group clinic or adult small group | per player | $30-75 |

Typical US ranges. Rates vary by region, experience, and job size.
Work out your 60-minute rate first, then discount packages by about 10 to 20 percent for 5 or 10 lessons. Show the per-lesson price next to the package total so the savings are obvious.
Present two or three options, such as a 5-lesson starter package, a 10-lesson season package, and a monthly membership with video reviews. Clients can pick a level without negotiating your rate.
For corporate outings, clinics, and camps, quote per player and set a minimum total. This covers your prep and travel if attendance is lower than expected.
Tee times, range availability, and your own calendar fill up. A quote valid for 14 to 30 days encourages decisions and avoids honoring old prices.
Some coaches offer a short free assessment to win new students, but many charge for it because the first session takes the most preparation. If you offer one, keep it short, such as 15 to 20 minutes, and state clearly what is included.
Quote a price per player with a maximum enrollment, a minimum for the camp to run, dates, hours, and what is included such as range balls, snacks, or a shirt. Collect a deposit to hold each spot.
For single lessons, a posted rate is usually enough. A written quote is more useful for multi-lesson packages, season-long programs, and playing lessons where the facility fees and time on course vary.
Avoid open-ended promises. Quote a set number of sessions with a review at the end, and offer to extend or renew based on progress. Avoid guaranteeing specific score or handicap improvements.
