Brow artists give quotes mainly for semi-permanent work, bridal and event bookings, corrections of other artists' work, and packages. Clients usually compare price per session, whether a touch-up is included, the artist's experience and healing photos, and what the studio setting offers.
When to use estimates: Use estimates to provide project quotes and get client approval before starting work. Once approved, convert your estimate to an invoice with one click to collect payment.

Microblading, powder brows, and combo brows differ in method, healing, and price, so the quote should say which one is planned.
Clients need to know whether the price covers just the first session or also a follow-up, and by when it must be done.
State whether these are included, since some artists charge a consultation fee that is credited to the service.
Fixing previous work can take extra sessions and may not be fully possible, so the quote should say what outcome is realistic.
Pregnancy, certain medications, skin conditions, and recent Botox or sun exposure may mean a delay or refusal, and the quote should say how that affects the booking.
Clients should know what is due to book and what happens if they reschedule or cancel.
Per-person pricing, minimums, and travel fees need to be set before the day to avoid disputes.

Typical US ranges. Rates vary by region, experience, and job size.
Clients compare menu prices, so give a flat price for each service and explain what it covers. Hourly pricing is rarely used except for events or custom work.
Present a basic option and a bundled option, such as microblading with touch-up and aftercare, or a lamination series. Packages raise the average ticket and make comparison easier for the client.
Cover-ups and fixes of poor work take more time, planning, and sessions. Charge a consultation or a higher flat price, and state that results depend on the existing pigment and skin.
Including a few healed examples that match the client's skin type and brow style helps justify your price and sets realistic expectations.
Some artists offer free consultations for basic services and charge $25 to $75 for semi-permanent consults, credited toward the service if the client books. This filters out people who only want to compare prices.
Typically 30 days. Pigment, supplies, and your own pricing can change, and an expiration date lets you update your rates without honoring an old quote forever.
Document the agreed shape in the quote or consent form after mapping. If the client insists on a shape you think will not suit them, note it in writing so the expectation and the final result are clear.
